会心理学、人类文化学、市场学、经济学等相关学科的理论与方法,取得了一系列宝贵的研 究成果。随着理论与实践的发展,有关消费者行为的研究已形成独立的学科体系,并在企业 营销实践中得到广泛应用。 在以消费者为导向的现代市场经济条件下,研究消费者行为已成为企业开展营销活动的基础 。一定意义上,不了解目标市场消费者的心理与行为特点,就无从谈起制定正确的营销 策略和取得最佳营销效果。正由于此,消费者行为研究在市场营销理论体系中占有重要的基 础性地位,是研究市场细分、目标市场选择、市场定位、营销战略与策略组合的基本出发点 。在西方国家各大学的工商管理课程设置中,消费者行为(亦称消费者心理)占有一席重要 位置。许多大企业和公司都设有专门的研究机构,把对消费者行为的调查研究作为制定营 销战略目标的重要依据。 过去长时期内,在高度集中的计划经济体制和卖方市场条件下,我国关于消费者行为的 研究几近空白。近年来,随着社会主义市场经济的迅速发展,我国的市场形势发生了根本性 变化。买方市场的逐步形成,使消费者日益成为影响市场运行的支配性力量和决定性因素。 与此同时,有关消费者行为的研究及应用也取得了可喜进展。在引进西方研究成果的基础上 ,我国许多学者开始致力于消费者心理与行为的研究工作,相继发表、出版了一系列有价值 的论文、教材和专著。越来越多的企业将关注重点投向目标市场消费者的心理与行为特点; 一些专门从事消费者行为调研的专业咨询机构相继涌现;政府决策部门亦把有关研究成果作 为制定宏观经济政策的重要依据。 但是,与实践发展的要求相比,有关理论研究仍显不足。特别是在研究体系的系统性, 对相关学科借鉴的广泛性,研究方法的完整性,以及如何将西方理论与我国实际相结合,探 索有中国特色的消费者行为理论方面,尚待进一步完善。这一现状为从事该领域研究的理 论工作者提出了更高的任务和要求。不仅如此,随着社会经济发展和收入水平的不断提高, 我国广大消费者在消费观念、消费内容和消费方式上发生了极其深刻、巨大的变化,呈现出 许多新的心理与行为特点。为此,研究不断涌现的新的消费心理与行为现象,从中发现带有 规律性的东西,更成为摆在我们面前亟待解决的重要课题。 正是基于上述要求,作者编写了本书,总结了作者多年从事消费者行为教学及科研工作的心 得体会,在编写过程中,广泛借鉴国内外有关研究成果,力求反映出该研究领域发展的最新 水平。在研究体系上,对体系结构进行了精心的设计和编排,以便尽可能完整全面地涵盖该 研究领域的各个方面。在研究内容上,对近年来消费领域出现的许多 新现象、新问题进行了真实反映和探索性研究,增添了许多新的研究内容,如现代消费需求 发展的最新趋向,消费者的逆反和预期心理,消费者的绿色消费行为、个人理财行为,模仿 与从众行为,参照群体、社会文化、社会分层、家庭角色、生活方式等社会文化因素对消费 者行为的影响等,从而使研究内容更加丰富充实。在研究方法上,注重理论与企业营销实践 的紧密结合,运用有关原理具体分析了消费者在新产品开发与推广、商品命名、商标、品牌 、包装、价格制定、广告宣传、购物环境、销售服务等营销活动中的心理反应与行为表现,
